The Code of Conduct establishes the essential principles of behaviour that must be followed by the Bank, its Subsidiaries and their Employees.

The Code of Conduct aims to:

  • Disclose the principles by which the Bank and Subsidiaries should run their activities
  • Promote ethical conduct among Employees which is aligned with the values of the Bank
  • Encourage respect for and compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations
  • Create transparency in Employee relations with outside entities
