On November, 10th, 2021, GreenVolt – Energias Renováveis, S.A. successfully concluded a €100,000,000 green bond issue, with 7-year tenor and fixed coupon of 2.625%.

The bonds were issued under GreenVolt’s Green Bond Framework, which is aligned with the Green Bond Principles (2021 version) published by the International Capital Market Association (ICMA), according to a Second-Party Opinion issued by an independent specialist.

Haitong Bank acted as Joint Global Coordinator of this transaction, and is also the Paying Agent.
