On October 28th, 2021, CUF, S.A., successfully concluded a private voluntary purchase and exchange offer of "José de Mello Saúde 2017/2023" notes in a total amount of €28,280,000. €16,570,000 of these were acquired in cash and the remaining €11,710,000 were exchanged for a tap of the “"José de Mello Saúde 2019/2027" notes issue.

Haitong Bank acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner of this transaction.
