Exclusive financial advisory to CSIC Longjiang GH Gas Turbine Co., LTD. (GHGT) - a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC) in connections with is acquisition of the gas turbine business from MAN Energy Solutions SE (MAN ES), one of the main subsidiaries of Volkswagen Group (VW).

The transaction was signed in June 2023 and completion is subject to customary approvals.
