On April 16th, 2021 Haitong Bank and SATA AIR AÇORES – Sociedade Açoriana de Transportes Aérios, S.A., renewed a commercial paper programme in the amount of € 49,500,000.

The Commercial Paper benefits from an irrevocable and unconditional Guarantee by the Região Autónoma dos Açores.

Haitong Bank is Arranger, Dealer and Paying Agent of this Programme.
